Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the prescription and cannot be transferred to another individual. Our pharmacist will review and approve your order before dispatch.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Prices applicable at the time of your confirmed order will apply to that order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a trackable, discreet postal service to your nominated UK address.
Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe delivery arrangement is in place.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for dispensed medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations.
If your order is declined by our prescriber or pharmacist on clinical grounds, you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
